Cool pumpkin... Halloween is done FYI i've been away for a while
Its foggy, dark at 15:45pm that's 3:45pm for those of you that don't' do 24hrs, its getting frosty and I keep nearly crashing my little car who goes by the name of "Cherry".
Not through this bad weather though, the culprit is known as "the common Christmas tree". These beautiful things are life threatening to me whilst driving, walking...well any sort of movement doesn't work for me when there is a Christmas tree around. Now let me get specific, I am referring to real Christmas Trees, plastic ones are a synthetic bush of the devil in my eyes and don't qualify for the title of "Christmas Tree".
Now I am going to share with you a life changing tip here, when looking at a Christmas Tree or any kind of fairy light display, stand back and squint with your eyes. This has two benefits so listen carefully, not only can you check the lights are evenly distributed, but finally it is like sex for your eyes... my eyes will stay open for days after doing this as a gesture of goodwill and thank you for the fairylight sex, its paradise for them.
Blinded by the lights.. Oxford Circus
I'm sure that the above sets the scene, its getting misty, festive and the smell of bonfires is in the air. Its the most wonderful time of the year.
With cold weather comes illness, bugs and snot. I'm just going to throw it out there, I'm quite a fan of a strong common cold. What is not to like about having a deep husky voice when one's voice is normally horribly tangy and mid to high pitched, the aches can be controlled by paracetamol, you get to wear cosy clothes, everyone thinks you're a legend for being a work and will do anything for you as "ooo you shouldn't be here" Its also quite amusing when people brand a cold with being flu. If you have had real influenza before you will be nodding with me like a gangsta, when I had real life full blown, f@ck off flu I couldn't talk, I couldn't move, I couldn't eat, lost 1 stone and hallucinated, literally thought I was going to die! I find that regional people are guilty of this, look out for it, I always chuckle in my head when this comes up.
I probably have this view because my Mum was a nurse and the hardest person to negotiate a day off school with. It was never allowed, I'm probably just bitter, as a result... my children will suffer.
Funny thing to look at today:
Take a peak at this man taking his dog for a stroll in Richmond Park. If you have never been to Richmond Park you should, a hidden beaut. This video tickled me three times over...
